NUDE was invited by the team at Stonnington Council to assist with its cultural evolution. We developed a two year communication plan to inform, involve and incorporate all staff into reaching their vision of Blue Horizon, a name which came out of the recently conducted cultural evaluation. Elements included the brand, launch presentation and kit featuring a vox-pop dvd and recorded program anthem, screensaver, posters, 3D Values cube, Insights Register, intranet portal and recognition & rewards program (RAVE Awards). NUDE continues active involvement with cascade facilitation events and workshop facilitation and the development of new communication elements to continually reinforce behaviours and the vision. |
